Green Summit coordinates qualified field work and project-specific documentation across your facilities, matching each inspection or test to the project stage, the requirement it satisfies and the people who need the findings. Energy inspections and tests are technical verification; they never replace official code inspections or the authority having jurisdiction's acceptance.

  • Commercial Air-Leakage Testing

    Plan the test before test day: Commercial Envelope Testing Co., a wholly owned Green Summit company, performs whole-building air-leakage testing for commercial and larger buildings, and we settle the test boundary, acceptance criteria, preparation, equipment and reporting with your project team before mobilization. A test measures the enclosure as built; it is never a guarantee of passing.

  • Field Inspections & Project Verification

    Keep field conditions connected to the project record: we document baseline conditions, verify work at the stage the program requires, from pre-drywall through final inspection, capture photographs, measurements and test records, and track deficiencies to verified correction. Each assignment carries its own qualification and authorization requirements, and we staff it accordingly.

  • Solar Inspections & Performance Verification

    Look beyond the production total. For installed PV systems, we review plans, commissioning records and production data, inspect the installed conditions with qualified personnel and report deficiencies with recommended next steps; permit, utility and authority-having-jurisdiction approvals remain separate.
