Train people for the work they are actually responsible for.

A program is only as consistent as the people who assess, document and verify the work, and generic training rarely changes what happens in the field. Green Summit equips agency staff and program partners with practical instruction tied to their responsibilities: building science and diagnostics, field testing, energy modeling, quality assurance and program delivery, taught by engineers and field professionals who do the work themselves. We bring rating-provider quality processes into the classroom, the lab and the field.

  • Technical Training & Continuing Education

    Practical training for the work professionals actually perform: we develop technical education around building science, field testing, energy modeling, quality assurance and program delivery, shaped for raters, auditors, contractors, designers, owners or program teams and delivered in classroom, virtual, modular-lab or field formats with hands-on practice. We confirm course dates, instructor qualifications and continuing-education approvals for each offering rather than assuming every course earns RESNET, licensing-board or other credit.

  • Tribal Energy Workforce Development

    Build the skills and keep the expertise in the community: working with Tribal Nations, housing organizations, colleges and workforce partners, we develop project-connected energy training, from building-science and diagnostic skills to HERS Rater and Rating Field Inspector pathways, tied to the housing, facilities and energy work the community is preparing to undertake. Solar, battery and thermal-storage apprenticeship pathways are in development, and no registered or currently enrolling apprenticeship is implied.

    We use feedback and assessments to identify each learner's next step, from introductory skills toward mentoring and qualified roles, with public procurement and approval responsibilities kept clear.
