Our story
Green Summit (formerly Green Summit Engineering) was founded in 2014 by Jonathan Stowers and Michael Hayman on a simple belief: navigating intricate compliance requirements should not stand in the way of business growth and sustainability. They saw an opportunity to change how organizations approach specialty tax credits, compliance and building performance — making these powerful tools accessible, actionable and impactful.
From our headquarters on Florida's Space Coast in Cocoa Beach, and through regional teams and qualified affiliates across the country, we serve clients nationwide. Research to field practice
Green Summit is technical subcontractor to the University of Central Florida on the U.S. Department of Energy–funded PV-GEMS project, supporting field deployment, energy modeling, technical QA/QC, monitoring and reporting for a prepackaged residential retrofit platform that combines high-efficiency space conditioning and water heating with solar, battery storage and advanced controls. What we learn in research shows up in how we deliver projects.
