    Commercial Envelope Testing Co., a wholly owned Green Summit company, performs whole-building air-leakage tests. We settle the test boundary, preparation, equipment and reporting with your team first, so test day is part of a defined closeout plan.

  • Duct-Leakage Testing

    Know whether the distribution system performs as intended. Duct-leakage testing and documentation for residential, multifamily and other building-performance applications, with each result recorded against the requirement it has to meet.

  • Residential Blower-Door Testing

    Measure the envelope and document the result. We test for the energy-code, rating, certification and building-performance applications on the homes you build, and we tell you what the number means for the application it serves.
