Technical partnering & workforce development

Bring technical capability to the partnership, and train the people who will run the systems.

New technology needs people who can evaluate, install and operate it, and a partnership needs more than a certificate to carry a work package. Green Summit builds defined technical teaming arrangements, including Cherokee-TERO certified teaming where a procurement recognizes it, and trains the people who will work with the systems once they are in the field. The aim is a technology that outlasts the pilot.

What we offer manufacturers & technology companies

  • Cherokee-TERO Technical Teaming & Partnerships

Bring technical capability to the partnership, not just a credential. As a Cherokee-TERO certified consulting partner, Green Summit joins defined teaming arrangements with Tribal organizations, institutions and qualified prime contractors, pairing the business relationship with engineering, building-performance, verification, research or workforce responsibilities.

  • Technical Training & Continuing Education

Practical training for the work people actually perform. We develop technical education around building science, field testing, energy modeling, quality assurance and program delivery, shaped for the contractors, designers, owners and program teams who will evaluate, install or operate your systems.

How we work with your team

  • Define the work package.

Data, validation and reporting responsibilities each have a named owner before the teaming agreement is signed.

  • Pair capability with the credential.

Cherokee-TERO certification opens the door where a procurement recognizes it; licensed engineering and field verification carry the work once inside.

  • Train around responsibilities.

We tie instruction to what each person will actually do with the technology, so the knowledge stays after the pilot ends.

Why Green Summit

Green Summit is a Cherokee-TERO certified consulting partner, a licensed engineering firm founded in 2014 and RESNET Rating Provider No. 1998-221, delivering end-to-end compliance solutions from the teaming agreement to the training that follows deployment. We hold that kind of role today as technical subcontractor to the University of Central Florida on the U.S. Department of Energy–funded PV-GEMS project, with data, validation and reporting responsibilities defined at the start.
