The people who shape these pathways will be the ones who work in them.
Solar photovoltaics, battery systems and thermal energy storage need a workforce that can install, evaluate and maintain them, and that workforce is still being built. Green Summit is developing apprenticeship pathways for that work, and we welcome HERS Raters and energy auditors who want to help shape what those pathways should teach. The pathways are in development now; this page tells you what we are building and how to be part of the conversation.

Solar, Battery & Thermal Storage Apprenticeship Development
Help build the next energy workforce pathways. We are developing apprenticeships focused on solar photovoltaics, battery systems and thermal energy storage, and we are seeking conversations with employers, Tribal Nations, colleges and workforce partners to connect technical instruction with meaningful supervised work; raters and auditors who know what field competence looks like are exactly who we want to hear from.
